Paul has a first class BSc (Hons) degree in physiotherapy which he gained from The University of East London. He also has a Sports Medicine masters degree from University College London and a PG Cert in Diagnostic Ultrasound. Paul gained extensive experience in the NHS at Chelsea and Westminster and the Royal London Hospitals.

Paul worked as First Team Rehabilitation Physiotherapist for Tottenham Hotspurs Football Club for 7 seasons (2018- 2025). During this team time he consistently returned first team players back to full fitness. The injuries that he saw included, ACL reconstructions, MCL injuries, knee meniscal surgery, hamstring injuries, calf and achilles injuries, hip and groin injuries, ankle injuries and back injuries. He has worked with the best surgeons in the country and some of the best in the world to optimise player care.

Previously he worked as Head of Sports Science and Medicine at Great Britain Basketball and has also held roles with Essex County Cricket Club and GB gymnastics. Paul has a special interest in lower limb injury, particularly the foot and ankle which was the focus of his masters degree and has regualrly presented his work at Sports Medicine Conferences during this time.
