Appointments

The Physiotherapy Academy can provide appointments at times and locations that suit you. For clinic based physiotherapy or sports massage assessments and treatments in Essex see the clinic information below.

We accept referrals from GPs, Consultants, Insurance companies or you can even refer yourself directly.

Physiotherapy Fees

We offer 30 minute and one hour initial assessments, and any follow up appointments usually take 30 minutes. Payment is required at the time of your appointment and can be made by cash or credit/debit card.

Self funded appointments at the Southend clinic are £75 for 60minutes and £50 for 30minutes.

For insured patients:

Our clinics are recognised by all of the major health insurance companies. All you will need to do is get them to send us your referral or obtain a pre-authorisation number. We then do the rest. They may ask if the physio is CSP and HCPC registered, the answer is yes! If you require any further information then don't hesitate to ask.

Some insurance companies may not cover the full charge of your physiotherapy appointments or you may have an excess to pay, please check your policy in advance.

Sports Massage

We offer three appointment times to suit your requirements, they are:

1 Hour

45 Mins

30 Mins

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to make your appointment, you must inform us within 24 hours of your appointment time. Non attendance or late cancellation will result in a full charge being made.
