Jamie Lee
Jamie gained a degree in sports and fitness science before graduating as a Chartered Physiotherapist from the University of East London in 2006. He is experienced in the treatment of all musculoskeletal conditions and rehabilitation.
Jamie gained a broad background of physiotherapy experience with eight years in the NHS, followed by work in a range of private practices in London and Essex. He has treated a wide range of international athletes participating in sports including fencing, tennis, athletics and weight lifting.
Jamie specialises in the treatment of all joint, muscle and tendon injuries. In addition to injury rehabilitation, Jamie has an interest in injury prevention and strength and conditioning training.
Jamie also has a special Interest in injury prevention in cycling, running and gym based rehabilitation programmes, especially shoulder and knee rehabilitation.
Jamie has completed post graduate courses in ACL rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, shoulder rehabilitation and injury prevention for runners.
Jamie cycles up to 30 miles a day and trains in the gym five days a week, as well as playing and watching football.
