Chris has a first class BSc (Hons) degree in Physiotherapy which he gained from The University of East London. He also has a masters in Advanced Neuromusculoskeletal Physiotherapy from Kings College London which he completed in 2014. Chris has a number of years experience in the NHS where he worked closely with the pain team at Broomfield Hospital as well as in a London Teaching Hospital. Chris started with Essex County Cricket Club in 2012 where he leads the Sports Medicine Team as Lead Physiotherapist. More recently Chris has worked with the England Cricket Senior Men's international team touring Australia in 2018 and has worked with other England Cricket programmes such as the Pace Programme in South Africa and Development squads based at the national cricket centre in Loughborough. Out of cricket, Chris has also gained experience with Great Britain Basketball and Harlequins RFC in the Aviva Premiership. Additionally, Chris is a Musculoskeletal Sonographer with him completed training in Diagnostic Ultrasound in 2018, passing with a distinction.
